Silver Alliance is acting as an advisor/agent to negotiate, structure and seek bank financings on projects/daily operations associated with its clients. Its clients include mainly local and PRC entities.

2. Corporate/Investment and Financial Advisory
Silver Alliance is acting as an advisor to local and PRC entities to re-structure their financial aspects, stream line their operations as well as advisory services to their investment opportunities.

3. Direct Investment/Lending
Silver Alliance is actively looking for long-term potential investors to set up investment fund for investment/direct lending activities. This will include venture capital activities at a later stage.

4. IPO Activities
Silver Alliance has been lining up professionals to provide IPO services to its clients, mainly PRC entities who are interested to list their companies either in the Main Board / GEM Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange or in the Singapore Stock Exchange.
