Interpacific Data Management Limited was founded in 1987 as a software development house and consultancy, specializing in telecommunications applications, primarily to meet the growing demand for PBX call accounting systems and telephony expense management software. The company and its technical staff are based in Hong Kong.

Interpac has developed and marketed its sophisticated Teltrac family of call accounting systems: Teltrac GX for standalone PBX management, Teltrac-MSiP and Teltrac DNS for centralised accounting for multiple, privately-networked PBXs and VOIP, TRAC-Record for Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) and call centre management and Multi-Trac for carrier-grade, subscriber billing applications. All PBX types and VOIP switches are supported in any environment. Interpac also provides voice telecommerications consulting services to corporate clients, as well as custom software development for all aspects of PBX monitoring and management. Iterpac distributes its products both directly and through a network of PBX vendors across Asia, and provides excellent technical support services both on-site and via its online remote-maintenance service.

Interpac is holder of the Voyageur Award, awarded by the Cenadian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong as the outstanding Canadian0managed business of the year.
