Corporate & Management Services: Under this program, the absentee client has access to necessary facilities, and back up of an office in Hong Kong. MSL offers the client a wide range of tailor made corporate and management services based on his requirement, such as:1) Company incorporation services, 2) Company secretarial services, 3) Administrative services, 4) Shipping services, 5) Accounting & Financial services, 6) Tax Planning.
Business support office: MSL is offering clients start-up support in form of a room or a desk for hire, combined with corporate management services as defined above.
Merchandising and Sourcing Services: Clients will get assistance to locate reliable suppliers and be able to place orders directly with the factories in the region. Supervision and inspection of shipments can be handled by MSL staff in China and Hong Kong.
