Lawrence Tse & Co is founded by Mr Lawrence Tse in 1985. Mr Tse is a certified public accountant and fellow member of Hong Kong Institute of certified public Accountants and fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Before running his own practice, he worked for an international accountancy firm and had obtained extensive experience on services provided to commercial world, including taxation, auditing, insolvency and consultancy.
After setting up the practice, the firm has grown from a few persons to 30 members nowadays. Apart from those services generally provided by a CPA firm, the company is also specialized in servicing for family businesses. Its comprehensive range of corporate advisory services from preparation of business plans, setting up, on-going investment and management consultancy, estate duty and profits tax planning, establishing and maintenance of trusts and corporate recovery, can provide clients an one-stop service station.
The firm is also familiar with the business environment of Mainland China and is experienced in PRC advisory services.
