Established in 2016, Homebase Studio is one of the first customer experience design agencies in Hong Kong. We design and optimise customer and brand experience holistically via user-centred interaction design with clients' business objective as backbones. We eliminate pain points and create valued interaction points and seamless experiences for customers and let customers enjoy and understand the value of the brands, products and services. Our works include 360 brand creation and digital products, branding and brand strategy, product design consultancy, packaging design and online to offine communications. In 2019, we collaborate with an architecture and interior design firm to extend the customer experience design into physical shops and spaces.
