Chau, Ku & Leung Architects and Engineers Limited was formed in 1991 by a merger between K H Chau & Associates (founded in 1959) and Ku & Leung Architects Limited (founded in 1982).
As well as retaining the principals at Director level, the Associates and staff of the two firms join the merged firm in 1991. The staffs have been strengthened and augmented under the directorship of the late Mr K H Chau, Mr Stephen Ku and Ms Nora Leung. Since the merger, the firm has successfully designed and implemented a variety of building projects, encompassing many different building types, serving client groups ranging from private, institutional as well as the Government sector. The Firm now under the directorship of Mr Ku and Ms Leung, maintains a progressive approach, achieving innovative and quality design, to ensure that the services which Chau, Ku and Leung Architects & Engineers Limited provide to their clients will be of the highest professional standard.
Project type that has been designed, completed and currently under construction comprises of luxurious high rise residential flats, luxurious garden houses development, custom houses, purpose built industrial building, flatted factories, office commercial buildings, educationial institution, health care projects and fitting out / interior projects of various uses.
