Fan, Chan & Co. Limited is a medium-sized accounting firm rooted in Hong Kong. The firm was founded as a partnership in 1976 and was converted into a corporate practice in 2018. We provide a comprehensive range of professional services including audit, taxation and corporate services to over 1,000 clients in Hong Kong and mainland China, including listed and private companies. Many of these clients are foreign investors.

Collectively, the company has over 90 staff, including 20 qualified professionals (CPAs and chartered secretaries) and 70 support professionals. We operate from two offices, one in Hong Kong and one in mainland China (Shenzhen). Some of the firm’s workforce were formerly employed by the “Big 4”, which from a client perspective strengthens our offering even further. Above all, we are committed to provide the highest quality personal services to our clients at a reasonable fee.
