Hung Yan Logistics (Shenzhen) ltd set up Hung Yan International Freight Ltd in Hong Kong as its Asia-Pacific regional headquarters, as part of its expansion plam. The company's well-established operations include transportation of goods between China and Hong Kong, warehousing, import and export customs clearing, and sea and air freight forwarding. It has been providing comprehensive logistics solutions to some 100 companies.
In 2011, Hung Yan International Freight Ltd's goal is to make its Hong Kong office a one-stop logistics platform, with the provision of warehousing, transportation and distribution services. It plans to invest about HK$10 million to expand its warehouse size by 10,000 square feet, acquire 10 more sets of logistics equipment and vehicles and adopt information technologies such asGPS (global positioning system), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and digital monitoring.
