Commercial / corporate law

We have acted for commercial clients in the acquistion and incorporation of companies pursuant to Hong Kong company law, sale and purchase of businesses and corporate assets. Other related practices include conduct of due diligence review of companies in Hong Kong, creation of commercial agreements according to our clients' needs. We also provide services for the incorporation of companies in off shore jurisdictions such as the British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands which offer considerable tax saving advantages to our corporate clients.

We also assist and act for clients to get listing in Hong Kong and overseas and to answer queries arising from Stock Exchange and other authorities.

We also act in the resolution of shareholder disputes and company related court proceedings, offering our clients practical advice and assistance throughout.

Intellectual Property

We act as agent for trade marks and provide services for clients wishing to register their trade/business marks and patent designs to secure legal protection in Hong Kong. We further advise on the protection of intellectual property rights and have an established practice in the commencement or defence of court aactions for breach of intellectual property rights, and in taking ancillary enforcement actions.

Conveyancing

We have solid expertise in land and real estate transactions. We also act for finanical institutions in advising on security of title and drawing up of legal mortgage documents and guarantees.

Our conveyancing practice covers both commercial and domestic properties.

Landlord & Tenant

In addition to real estate sales and purchases, there is also a thriving rental market in Hong Kong. We have built up expertise in advising and assisting both landlords and teants in the creation of residential and commercial tenancies. Such advice and assistance cover the production and completion of leases and tenancy agreements, perfection of tenant's and landlord's interests.
