2004 Korbin Kameron Cabernet Sauvignon with well-integrated aromas of strawberries, violets, etc. Rich fruit on the palate lingers through the finish with a nice balance of toast and spice from the oak. The elegance this wine is an attribute of this wonderful vineyard site.
- Varietal: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
- Appellation: Sonoma Valley (on the ridge of Mount Veeder).
- Brix @ harvest: 25.9.
- Oak aging: 20 months (50%new, 90% French, 10% American).
- Alcohol: 14.6%.
- 56TA (g/100ml).
- pH: 3.62.
- Harvest date: 10/4/04.
- Bottling date: 8/14/06.
- Production: 1001 6-pack/750ml cases.
