Information about the Wine:
  • Only grapes from the 2010 harvest from our oldest chardonnay vines planted in our best soils are the soul of this vintage cuvee.  It represents a mere 4% of our production.
  • Secondary fermentation and ageing "on the lees" for 36 months minimum.
  • Disgorgement: 3 to 6 months before « commercial sale » Dosage : 9 gr /L
  • A crisp tonic.
  • To the eye, a bright beautiful string of lively bubbles rising through a yellow gold hue.
  • The nose is still discreet, with notes of candied citrus and tuberoses.
  • On the palate, the attack is direct, with a persistent sharp fresh quality, characterized by a long tense lemony finish.
