- Aromas of cherry and plum with notes of sweet spices, pepper, rose, tobacco, vanilla and chocolate.
- Full-bodied with a balanced zesty acidity and subtle tannins at the finish.
- Great with spicy sausages, tomato-based pasta dishes, or pork chops with herby potatoes.
- Serve at a temperature between 18 to 20 degrees for best results.
