Description
This ceramic capacitor uses ceramics as a medium, copper or tin-plated lead wire coated with epoxy resin. It is engineered to deliver reliable and stable performance. It is widely used in a wide range of electronic precision instruments.
- Temperature compensating capacitor.
- Capacitance range: 1PF-680PF measured at 1MHz ±10%, 1.0-5.0Vrms, 25℃.
- Tolerance code: C: ±0.25PF, D: ±0.5PF, J: ±5%, K: ±10%.
- Quality factor: 1. C≥30PF, Q≥1000; 2. C＜30PF, Q≥400+20 x C, I.R.: ≥10000MΩ (23℃,1min), measured at W .V.D.C, but not exceeding 500V DC.
- Working voltage (W.V.): 500V-3K VDC.
- For NPO, temperature coefficient: ±60.
- For SL, temperature coefficient: +350-1000, the temperature range: -25-85℃.
- Application: resonant circuit, high Q requirement, high stability cap.
