Vinification: Hand picked and selected grapes, 6 h cold soak. Natural clarification. Temperature controlled fermentation and ageing on the fine lees for 3 months
Variety: 100% Chardonnay
Colour: Light yellow colored with greenish reflexes
Flavour: On the palate very complex Chardonnay. Savoury flavours of ripe yellow stone fruits, spicy hints of gooseberries finished by a mineral aftertaste.
