This Cortona Sauvignon Blanc DOC exhibits strong varietal characters showing fresh orchard fruits and hints of fresh cut grass. On the palate is a steely, refreshing and lovely citrus finish that lingers long enough to impress every taste bud. Making from only the finest handpicked grapes, the wine is an ideal table wine for family gatherings.
- Soil type: clay and limestone.
- Broad, flowery bouquet.
- Alcohol by volume: 13%.
- Residual sugar: 1.80g/l.
- Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
