Fortulla rosè is crafted from Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes hand harvested from a vineyard planted in 2003.
The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel, followed by further bottle aging of about three months.
Fortulla rosè has deep, soft pink colour, with intense aromas of pink grapefruit, wild strawberries and rosehip, crisp, concentrated flavour and a long finish.
Food pairing: ideal for cold cuts, parmesan cheese, seafood, especially shellfish and raw fish preparations such as sashimi.
