This Quinta dos Roques Garrafeira and Reserva is made from top-quality Touriga Nacional (65%), Alfrocheiro (15%), Tinto Cão (10%) and Tinta Roriz (10%). The blend is made after choosing the best barrels of each of our varietal wines. This wine uses the most advanced wine-making technologies for a stable quality.
- Fermentation in stainless steel vats with selected yeasts at a temperature of 28-30ºC.
- Age: in 1st and 2nd year French oak barrels of 225L for 18 months.
- Grape varietal: Touriga Nacional (65%), Alfrocheiro (15%), Tinto Cão (10%) and Tinta Roriz (10%).
- Service: 17ºC temperature.
- In 10 years it will certainly be much more complex and the pride of the winemaker.
- Country of origin: Portugal.
