Description
This Hoshino dento hongyokuro is a type of top-class tea in Japan. To produce this traditional gyokuro, the leaves of tea trees are covered with rice straw for over 20 days to block sunshine. By brewing the tea in 40-50 degree Celsius hot water for 2-3 minutes, the sweetness and delicate fragrance can be enjoyed.
