Description
This Chianti Classico DOCG was made from 90% Sangiovese and 5% Canaiolo and Colorino grapes in a traditional method. Aged in vitrified cement vats for 12 months, the wine has aromas of violet, cherry, red currant and raspberry jam with a slight undertone of spice, pepper, leather and walnut. The balanced and mellow red wine pairs well with grilled white meat as pork chops or a large piece of roast beef.
