- Classification: Lambrusco I. G. P. Classic Method
- Vinification: Pure Sorbara grapes vinified in white and naturally referenced in bottle according to Classic Method. The best bunches are selected and hand picked from our vineyard located in Nonantola, Via Mavora, 68. After fermentation at a controlled temperature, the bottles lay in stacks for at least 36 months during which they refine on the yeasts
- Grapes:100% Lambrusco di Sorbara
- Color: Pale straw yellow
- Foam: Fine and persistent
- Service Temperature: 6-8° C
- Bouquet: The scents are flowery and fruity, melt with bread crust notes, together with chestnuts and French croissants hints.
- Tasting notes: pleasantly structured, fullbodied, harmonic and elegant, with a nice sapidity and fragrance, this Spumante shows an extremely fine and persistent perlage. The scents are flowery and fruity, melt with bread crust notes, together with chestnuts and French croissant's hints.
- Gastronomic Coupling:
- Due to its organoleptic characteristics it is a very versatile wine. It is ideal as an aperitif, but also suitable to go along with starters, main pasta and risotto courses or white meats.
