Vinification: Hand picked and selected grapes, Temperature controlled fermentation and ageing on the fine lees for 3 months
Variety: 100% Pinot Gris (Grauburgunder)
Colour: Light yellow with greenish reflexes
Taste: It is a dry wine with a beautiful nose of pears and ripe apples with a touch of lime. The nose is full of aromas of melon and ripe fruits. With its complex body rich in extracts it is well-constituted with a refreshing acidity. The finish is pleasant and long.
