Description
This wire has baked varnish insulation mainly composed of modified polyurethane resin over its copper round conductor. It features higher cut-through temperature than UEW/155 and is solderable at 420°C. It also has excellent dielectric characteristics at high frequencies.
- Few pin-holes.
- Easily colored in a variety of colors.
- Applicable standard: MW82-C. IEC60317-51. GB/T6109.23. JIS C 3202.6.
- Typical applications: relays, micro-motors, mini-transformers, ignition coils, water valves, magnetic heads, coils for telecommunication equipment.
