A red wine to be served chilled
Our last born, born from the desire to recover a rural tradition, where during the summer, was normally used to keep red wine in the fridge. Red Camillo is a blend of three carefully selected grapes grown with extreme care and properly vinified to create a wine flavored and shown to be drunk chilled. A red wine that gives its best at a white wine temperature.
  • Grape: Blend of 65% Primitivo + 30% Negramaro + 5% Negramaro Rosato
  • Production Area: Limited in Manduria district, nearby the town of Sorani
  • Soil Type: Very deep black earth laying on tufaceous rock
  • Vine Growing Type: Supported alberello for Primitivo and pergola, marquee for Negramaro
  • Support System: mt.2.00 X 2.00
  • Vineyard Average Age: 30/40 years
  • Average Production/Hectare: 70/80 quintals of grapes
  • Vintage: First/second decade of September
