Coming in a dark rich color, the Cantolibero is a sparkling red with fruity flavors. The fruity aroma with notes of thyme and rosemary reaches the nose at first. It then delivers the mild tannins which gradually transitions into a slightly fruity flavor, and finally finishes with the broader tannins.
