Description
This RCT thermal cut-off resistor features metal alloy, wire wound and ceramic core element connected to a thermal fuse. This system is housed in a thermally conductive ceramic case and then sealed and insulated with an inorganic filler. It exhibits excellent surge handling capability, high stability and quick response to overload and high temperature conditions.
- Applications: PDP power supplies and circuits preventing current inrush to switching regulators.
- TCR: within ±400ppm/°C.
- Resistance to soldering heat: ±1%+0.05Ω.
- Dump heat, steady state: ±5%+0.1Ω.
- Endurance: ±5%+0.1Ω.
