- Wairau River (pronounced why-raow) produces wines exclusively sourced from our family estate vineyards first established in 1978 by Phil and Chris Rose.
- Located in the beautiful Marlborough region, Wairau River is surrounded by rolling mountain ranges and the wonderful Marlborough Sounds. Perfect for fishing and hunting!
- Hand tended in small batches from vine to bottle, low crops and ultra ripe fruit are utilised to produce premium wine that has become renowned for exhibiting intense fruit characteristics and classical elegance.
- This Sauvignon Blanc has striking notes of nettles, pink grapefruit and fresh currants. The crisply defined palate is underlined with minerality, lingering with citrus and passionfruit, guava and ripe pear.
