Readers are invited to explore culinary traditions and histories from diverse perspectives, understand the connection between diet and healthy living, and discover how technology is shaping future eating habits and lifestyle.<br /><br />“Theme of the Year Seminar Series” will feature multiple sessions, inviting a diverse array of authors and speakers passionate about food culture to engage with book enthusiasts. Topics will span a wide range, guiding attendees to explore the rich history of food traditions, the connection between diet and healthy living, and the future of food—including how modern technology is reshaping our eating habits and attitudes toward life.
