This juice is 100% NFC (Not From Concentrate) haskap berry juice. The berries are flash-frozen immediately after being harvested from Polish farms, then pressed and bottled directly. No water, sugar, or additives are added, making it 100% pure juice.

Because it's 100% pure juice, the flavor is quite strong (intense sourness, tannins from the berry skins, no sweetness). You can dilute it at home with water, soda water, honey water, or even other juices to adjust the taste to your liking. (If you don't find it too sour, we recommend drinking it straight.)

We suggest drinking 30ml of the undiluted juice daily; one bottle should last about a week.

Remember not to mix it with hot water, as hot water will destroy the juice's nutrients.

Diabetics should only consume the undiluted juice (30ml contains approximately 2.3g of natural fructose).

Storage:

• Unopened, it can be stored at room temperature for one year.
