The Coachhouse is the cask strength expression of the Old Kempton house style. To create this whisky, a small number of casks are selected that are uniquely suited to being drunk at Cask Strength - casks that when kept at high abv provide a depth, length, and complexity of flavour that can only be achieved from a good cask strength whisky. The alcohol is not overpowering and is there to provide structure to the flavour, so expect  toffee, almost overcooked Anzac biscuit, and rum and raisin chocolate.
