ORIGIN - TERROIR

Château Tastin is a small family estate covering 2,5ha at Saint-Lambert on the great Pauillac appellation. Surrounded by prestigious crus, and grown with passion and know-how, the vineyard produce a powerful wine, typical of its appellation. The estate is ideally located on gravelly hilltops.

TASTING NOTES

Château Tastin presents a deep crimson color with purple highlights. It reveals an expressive and intense bouquet of ripe fruit and spices. The palate is well-structured, surrounded by silky tannins, and lingering on a long and pleasant finish.

FOOD & WINE PAIRING

Château Tastin will pair well with stewed game, spicy dishes and grilled red meats in sauce. It will reach its best in a few more years.

Serve around 17° and after one hour in a decanter before service.
