Origin & Terroir

Located in the Entre-Deux-Mers region, the vineyards of Château Cazeau surround a historic chartreuse house and a windmill dating back to 1601. The 300-hectare estate benefits from clay-limestone hillsides and a south-facing exposure. With an average vine age of 35 years, cultivation is done using traditional, sustainable methods.

Tasting Notes

A deep, intense color and fresh bouquet of violet, blackberry, and cherry, complemented by subtle toast notes. The palate is rich and smooth, with taut tannins, well-integrated oak, and a fresh, lingering finish.

Perfect with grilled red meats, white meats in sauce, or mild cheeses. Serve at 18°C.
