The wine was aged in 400l Francois Freres barrels, French coopery, for 12 months. The aroma is dominated by strong herbaceousness, accompanied by notes of thyme, rosemary and blackcurrants. The palate is juicy, mineral with a trace of wood and greenish notes. The wine has a long persistence.
