It also has a wholly owned intellectual property agency company in Beijing. The firm has a substantial international reputation in the area of intellectual property securing and enforcing intellectual property rights for overseas corporations as well as local and PRC entities. With our own PRC IP agency, we can represent clients in all trade mark and copyright related matters directly in China. The firm also represents clients in infringement proceedings. 
The Managing Partner of the firm, Mr. Anthony Tong, is both a Notary Public and a PRC Appointed Attesting Officer, thus providing a full range of notarial services. 
The firm also has a company / commercial practice including work in Hong Kong, China and elsewhere in Asia. The firm also assists clients in the setting up of joint venture businesses in China, usually through the establishment of companies in Hong Kong and wholly foreign owned enterprises in China.
