Cheng & Cheng Limited, Certified Public Accountants is a Hong Kong based
professional accounting firm with many years’ experiences in the financial sector. It
previously known as Cheng & Cheng, was established by two brothers, Mr. Cheng Hong Kei, Andrew and Mr. Cheng Hong Cheung, Francis in 1991.

As we grew, we established affiliate firms in Shenzhen and Huizhou. In 2020, we joined one of the five largest associations of independent accounting firms in the world, PrimeGlobal. We aim to provide our international clients with globally connected services they require. In 2021, we established the first Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Macau joint tax agency in Qianhai. In 2022, we jointly work with Certified Public Accountants in China leading to formation of Shenzhen Cheng & Cheng Certified Public Accountants GP in Qianhai.

We aim to provide the best personal services we can to our valued customers
including taxation, auditing, corporate secretarial, governance, risk management and
compliance services, accounting, liquidation, IPO, services in Mainland China, etc.
