Stratton Property Management Ltd was established in 1981. The major activity of the company is to provide estate management, property agency service & project co-ordinating service for all kinds of buildings. It has been a member of HK Association of Property Management since August 1991.
 
Since April 1984, the company has been acting as Building Manager for United Centre with a total area of 72,672 square meter - a 30 years old commercial building located at 95 Queensway, Admiralty, Hong Kong.  From 1998-present, Stratton was appointed by the Incorporated Owners of United Centre as co-ordinator for their major renovation and maintenance programme at a total work sum reaching two thousand million. Their renovation works include facelifting the external facade, replacement of the whole chiller plant, lift renovation, entrance beautifications, etc. 
As for the present and past experience, the company has been the building manager for the following.

Commercial and residential buildings: World Wide Garden, Shatin; Farber Garden, Marconi Road, Kowloon Tong; Hilton Tower, Metropole Building, Chuen Fook Mansion, Tsimshatsui, Kowloon; The Pemberton Bonham Strand, Hanway Plaza Wan Chai Road, Asian House, Hennessy Road, Wanchai, HK; Hang Lung Bank Western Branch Building, Hill Road, HK; Hang Tak Building, Electric Street Wan Chai, Wai Man House, Queen's Road East Wan Chai, Billion Terrace Blue Pool Road, Hang Lung Bank North Point Branch Building, King's Road, HK; and Dollar Building, Shaukiwan, HK., Four winds Apartment, Pokfulam. In recent years, we have been appointed, and through client's referrals, as Facilities Managers for many school campus & church unions. These include:
