Founded about three decades ago, our Group specialises in property and facility management in Hong Kong and mainland China through five operating companies with a strong team of some 250 staff. We have built upon this tradition through continuous development into a total caretaker for our clients' daily lives. Our services range from pre-work consultation, throught routine management and maintenance of buildings and facilities, to household services and consultancy projects in respect of renovation, conservation, re-development and valuation.



To demonstrate our commitments towards professionalism, we have in place the Integrated Management System ISO 9001, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and the OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health & Safety System, and are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
