The Group's principal activities include property development and investment, hospitality and leisure business, securities trading, as well as operation of and investment in media and entertainment business. The major operation base is now in Mainland China.

The Group's principle property projects are located in Pudong New Area, Shanghai and include, inter alia, Tomson Riviera, Tomson Golf Villas and Garden, Tomson Commercial Building, Tomson International Trade Building and Tomson Waigaoqiao Industrial Park. The Group also invests in a low-rise residential development project entitled "One Penha Hill" in Macau. Construction of residential development project located in Jinqiao-Zhangjiang District in Pudong, Shanghai is in progress.

For hospitality and leisure business, the Group operates Tomson Shanghai Pudong Golf Club
in Pudong, Shanghai. It also holds a 50% interest in the InterContinental Shanghai Pudong hotel in Pudong.
