- There are a few moving parts in design for KDR series of oil-free scroll compressor, in addition, there is no metal contact outside for bearing operation, so the small vibration can achieve higher mechanical durability.
- Modular design for all units, if there is a fault shutdown for one of the air-ends in the operation, it does not affect the normal use of other modules, thus enhancing the reliability and practicality of the machine to avoid the risks of stopping gas using;
- As there is no metal-to-metal contact between rotary scroll compression chambers, so it is no need for compression chambers to be added lubrication. Therefore, in principle the scroll compression guarantees high-quality, oil-free compressed air. Meanwhile, there is no need adding lubricating oil for the airend without gearbox, which further guarantees high-quality, oil-free compressed air.
- Rotary scroll processing craft of super high precision guarantees continuity and stability of air suction and discharge, there is no knocking sound of moving parts and blasting sound of airflow, a sound-insulated canopy encloses noise so as to minimize noise level of complete machine, more in line with environmental requirements.
- There is almost no resistance loss of air suction and discharge for rotary scroll oil free compressor without suction and discharge valve. Airend and motor have 1:1 integral structure so as to achieve high transmission efficiency, there is no metal-to-metal contact except bearing and friction loss of moving parts so as to achieve high mechanical efficiency
