Description
This laminated safety glass is produced with two or more pieces of glasses, bonding an interlayer, typically of polyvinyl butyral(PVB) together, under high temperature and high pressure. The laminated safety glass features a PVB film for effectively blocking the spread of sound, thus reducing noise.
- Anti-ultraviolet radiation: laminated safety glass have good performance of filter the ultraviolet.
- Security/anti-theft: laminated safety glass provides resistant to penetration when subjected to vandalism, theft and force entry, so it is difficult to enter into inner room by cutting or breaking the glass.
- Laminated safety glass (special for the laminated glass) helps reduce solar energy transmittance to reduce cooling loads and reduce the strong light and make it gentle.
- Multi-layer laminated glass can be made into various grade anti-bullet, anti-explosion glass, which is used in the place where need to resist bullet, bomb and brute force attack.
- It is recommended to use in high buildings, for it can highly prevent the dynamic racking motions of natural disaster such as earthquake, hurricane and man-made sabotage, helping to maintain the integrity of the building envelope and prevent injury and damage from glass fallout.
- Capacity: for various specifications of laminated safety glass, the capacity can be more than 1,000,000 square meters/year.
- Accords with GB/T9962-1999<<Laminated Glass>> standard, Australian Standard AS/NZS 2208:1996, European standard CE, Chinese Standard 3C and USA SGCC standard.
