This sake is handcrafted without compression from human hands or machines. The hanging moromi bags allow the sake to drip slowly (袋吊). Every collected droplet contains the purest essence and has a smooth and refined taste. High-quality Yamada Nishiki rice with a seimai ratio of 35% is used and stored at last at a low temperature to produce the elegant aroma. This superior sake achieves terrific results in national contests from 2004 to 2009.
