Grapes:Montepulciano Vinification: The grape harvest takes place in mid-October. The fermentation in steel is controlled with a maceration of up to 12 days. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation naturally and remains on the noble lees for about 60 days. Tasting notes:Ruby red colour . Fruity nose with notes of berries, raspberries and light spicy notes and vanilla notes. On the palate taste enjoyable, pleasant and tasty enlivened by beautiful freshness in a body of medium structure and well integrated tannins. Alcohol: 13%

ORGANOLEPTIC CHART Straw yellow with greenish shades, fine and persistent perlage. Delicate aromatic bouquet with hints of golden apple and pear, subtle notes of white flowers that round out the final scents. Enticing sensations on the palate finishing up with hints of almond. FOOD PAIRING Excellent if served as an aperitif and great to be served during the whole meal. It is an ideal match for fish.

Alc ferm and ageing on the lees in French oak barriques for 12 m. In bottle for 4 m. Bright ruby colour. Elegant with a complex bouquet of sweet vanilla, carob, ripe cherries and raspberry. Big structure and balance, with soft, penetrating tannins.

GRAPE VARIETY: Primitivo APPELLATION: Primitivo di Manduria PDO PRODUCTION AREA: province of Taranto, southeast Puglia TRAINING SYSTEM: traditional puglian bush vine SOIL: clayey PLANT DENSITY AND YIELD: about 5000 plants per hectare, with a yield of 1.8 kg of grapes per plant HARVEST: manual harvest, generally by the end of August, working in the early hours of dawn to avoid high temperatures that could reduce the freshness and aromaticity of the wine VINIFICATION: the grapes are destemmed and fermented at a controlled temperature of 25 °C AGEING: 6 months in American oak barrels ALCOHOL: 14.5% TASTING NOTES: intense ruby red color; pronounced bouquet of ripe cherry and cassis, with hints of coconut and chocolate; bold and full-bodied, with velvety tannins. Lingering finish of dried figs and over ripe black fruit SERVICE: decant and serve at 18 °C FOOD PAIRING: roasts, game and wild mushrooms; well-seasoned sauces and spicy foods

The colour is pale straw yellow with greenish shades. Delicate notes of bread crust and yeast are easily recognizable, and melt. perfectly with the fruity notes of mature apple. Harmonious, fresh with a long and sapid finish. The soft pressed must is stored in steel tanks for the static cold decanting. The fermentation with selected yeasts, is made at a controlled constant temperature of 18°C and is completed in 8/10 days

Colour: Bright ruby red with violet reflections. Bouquet: Intense, fresh, fruity with typical variety of violet, cherry, plum Taste: Soft tannins, good acidity, Gentle, soft with intense lenght. Ageing: 14 months in french tonneaux from 5 hl

Hand picked grapes. Destemming and Crushing and carbonic maceration for 6 hours. Maturation and aging in steel tanks until January on noble lees. Acidity 6,6g/l

This highlighted Coldovigo Cabernet is well made&nbsp;from 100% well-chosen Cabernet Sauvignon. It is fermented on the skins at the maximum temperature of 24°C for a period of 7 to 10 days, followed by malolactic fermentation and maturation in stainless steel tanks. This Italian red wine features a ruby red color. Its aroma is very intense with a bouquet of blackberries and cherries and a long spicy finish. This elegant red wine pairs well with roast chicken and pork, and tasty hard cheesees.

Villa tonino winery began its adventure in the world of wine in 1875, when Vito Curatolo Arini built his winery in the middle of his vineyards.
Since then, the family’s enthusiasm and commitment have never lessened. 
From the early 70's, when following a collaboration with the Davis wine institute the winery introduced the first concepts of modern oenology into sicily, to the current partnership with a team of expert oenologists from Tuscany, they have always looked forward. 
The success in foreign markets, along with the many awards received, have rewarded the efforts allowing them to write another chapter of a story which began more than a century ago. 
Ruby coloured wine with aromas of plums, cherries and blueberries. 
Well balanced on the palate with fruit and spice characters, soft tannins and a long, elegant finish. 
 
Villa Tonino Nero d’avola 
 
Vineyards age: 16 years. 
Soil: moderately loose-packed clay. 
Cultivation: Guyot. 
Total production: 500 000 bottles. 
Yield per ha: 9000kg.

Grapes Variety: Nero d`Avola, Nerello Mascalese 
Total Production: 
Vinification: Destemming. Maceration for 21 days at 25 
degrees Celsius with frequent delestage. Soft pressing. 
Fermentation in Inox vats. Malolactic fermentation. 
Testing note: With notes of small berries and cherries, it is smooth and velvety 
on the palate with a pleasant finish. 
 
Tonino rosso Sweet 
 
Red Grapes Variety: Nero d’Avola and Nerello mascalese 
Total production: 100 000 bottles 
Vinification: Red wine vinification at low temperature. 
Fermentation is blocked when certain values are reached. Fresh 
must of aromatic grapes is then added. 
Alcoholic gradation: 11% 
Residual sugar: 52g/l 
Testing note: Light red colour, it has a distinct aromas of red fruits, prunes 
and Mediterranean flowers. Sweet and harmonic on the palate; good aromatic 
persistence. 
 
Marsala Superiore Sweet DOC 
 
Grapes: Grillo Cataratto and Inzolia 
Ageing: aged in Slavonian casks for over 10 years. Fermentation 
in stainless steel vats at 18/20 C°, lees contact for one month. 
Alcoholic degree: 18 % vol. 
Testing notes: With notes of burnt almonds, dates, sultanas 
and vanilla. On the nose, it is smooth, elegant and full on the palate, with dried 
fruit characters and a very pleasant long finish.

 <li>Grapes variety: Malvasia delle Lipari 95%, Corinto Nero 5%</li>
 <li>Wine-making process: Grapes are late-harvested and there is some maceration on the skins previous to temperature-controlled vinification in stainless steel, where the wine sojourns 8 months previous to 6 months' bottle age. Crop yield is extremely small, 5 tons per hectare i.e. 2 tons per acre, only 70% of which is transformed into wine.</li>
 <li>Tasting notes: Delightful golden colour with verdant hues, rich, ample and aromatic nose of ripe apricots, figs and medlar fruit with notes of lavender, thyme and almonds confirmed on a sweet yet fresh palate showing distinct depth and persistence.</li>
 <li>Best serving: Wonderful with dessert (especially creamy, fat desserts like mousse or trifle) as well as piquant or marbled cheese.</li>

Salina Rosso IGT: Ruby red with decided purple hues, its abundant legs and evident viscosity straightaway reveal the wine's good structure and body. The ample, rich bouquet of black cherries and blackberries, with spicy and toasted notes of vanilla, licorice and carob beans is confirmed on the lush, full, well balanced palate, with silky texture and layered, intense and persistent flavors. 
 
Carlo Hauner Salina IGT : Brilliant, luminous golden color, the wine's crisp, briny and leafy fragrance speaks of the sea, blending with ripe peach and apricot notes, nuances of citrus blossoms, butter and vanilla confirmed on the fresh, flavorful, mellow, well balanced and persistent palate. 
 
Hierà Sicilia IGT Very deep ruby with crimson reflections, Hierà shows excellent viscosity, with abundant legs, indicating superb structure; very rich, intense and fragrant bouquet of wild berries, sweet spice, tobacco and chocolate with earthy, clayey notes characteristic of dry soil; velvety, complex, full-bodied palate with sweet tannins, fresh, fruity flavors and acidity, wonderful balance and a luscious, sunny intensity that is well worthy of this volcanic island. 
 
Rosso Antonello Salina IGT Deep ruby with garnet hues, ample, elegant bouquet of ripe berry fruit, blackberries and blueberries with spicy notes of vanilla and cardamom and a mineral backbone confirmed on the full-bodied, voluptuous palate with velvety texture, sweet tannins and long, consistent finish.
