In Sep 2016, she cofounded Asia’s 1st Cross Border Brands Accelerator via eCommerce platform – www.28Mall.com to sell international brands mainly targeting China and SEA, now with more than 500 international brands.

In 2019, she launched China Crowdfunding campaign for a Italian hair dryer brand, surpassing 315% in sales target, earning the spot as Top 5 most successful crowdfunding on JD during that period.

In September 2009, Mark Shengyu Yuan and Zoe Yu Zhang founded And Luxe Inc.. In the past 11 years, with Mark as CEO, the company worked with nearly 400 brands and companies from the US and Europe in various capacities in marketing, distribution and wholesale to Chinese fashion retail market.

In the summer of 2016, Mark led the And Luxe team to become one of the first companies in the US to pioneer live stream shopping. Subsequently, in 2019, Mark was instrumental in the development and the growth of a first-of-its-kind live stream shopping consultancy and business solution service.

Mark is a strong advocate for Chinese American Entrepreneurship in the US. He sits on board of several tech startups which focus on new retail and e-commerce models. He founded the Chinese Entrepreneurs Club of New York and was elected to be its first president in 2013. He has also been the founding president and board member of the Chinese American Buyers Alliance since 2017.

Mark immigrated to the United States in early 1998 from Harbin, China. After graduating from Binghamton University in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a concentration in Marketing, he started his fashion industry career in New York City.

In September 2009, Zoe Yu Zhang and her co-founder, Mark Shengyu Yuan, launched And Luxe Inc., which aimed to become the bridge between Western brands and the Chinese market. Since then, Zoe has served as its Chief Buyer and Creative Director.

In 2016, Zoe was the creative force behind And Luxe’s shift to live stream shopping and one of the original group of live streamers that pioneered this new way to sell. In 2017, she was a panelist at the e-Commerce Conference in China (天下网商大会), where she was invited to share her expertise in cross-border e-commerce and live shopping. In 2018, under Zoe’s leadership, And Luxe team was awarded the Taobao Global Best Livestreamer of the Year Award. In the same year, And Luxe’s success story marketing American and European brands was featured in Alibaba Group’s Best of 2018 presentation.

Zoe and Mark have at various times been guest speakers at seminars for top executives from Fortune 100 companies at Harvard Business School. They are also frequently invited to share their expertise and insight into live stream commerce and new retail innovations with the media, e-commerce platforms, retail conferences, webinars, and major corporations.

Zoe earned two separate degrees in Fashion Design and Advertising Communications from Instituto Marangoni and the University of Bedfordshire respectively in the United Kingdom in 2004. Mr Stan Singh holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from UK and he has attended various Management series strategic courses over the last 27 years. He has 37 years’ experience in IT Management, and 29 years in Business Management at the transaction, operations and corporate management levels. His business exposure and experience spans a variety of industries, including Hotel & Properties, Retail & Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Stock Broking, Properties, Finance & Airport Management Systems. He was also actively involved in the Outsourcing & Managed Services evaluation & implementation and Process Reengineering initiatives in United Kingdom & Malaysia, and equally is a business coach for new start-ups. Incidentally, he was last employed as the Managing Director of Wincor Nixdorf Retail Solutions, and equally was responsible for the growth of the Retail Business in Malaysia & Thailand.

However, in September 2012, he moved on and founded IronHorse Asia Sdn Bhd, as the Founder/Principal Consultant and together with three of his close Associates; and together he brings 84 years of experience to address the huge disparity gaps in Business Processes & IT Misalignment, in Retail, that is also very close to his heart. He is currently working on his book entitled “Something They 4Got 2 Teach U in Stanford” on Retail Management covering end-to-end business processes, operations & franchise, inclusive of being “Physical Today & Digital Tomorrow”.

He was also involved in the technical committee at SIRIM (National Standard Body) responsible to develop the first Malaysia Standard for Business Continuity Management.

One other key area that Mr Singh was initially involved was in the areas on GST for Retail helping many organisations especially those in the SME/SMI Retail space and helped many Retailers along the way in understanding and setting up of the Goods & Services Tax in their respective organisations and what should be done to the existing systems in terms of making this both GST Ready with GST Compliance and now with SST, saving Retailers cost in over and unnecessary spending. Separately, Mr Singh’s experience also spans across the UK, Australia and Singapore where he has also previously implemented both VAT & GST compliance systems, respectively.

Mr Singh uses four key areas, namely, Strategy, Structure, System & Staff when looking at any organisation’s eco system to define its whereabouts or position.

On behalf of PIKOM, he also currently sits at the Advisory Committee to review Big Data & AI initiatives in Malaysia.

In Year 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 2017, 2018 and 2019 respectively Mr Singh was the Chief Judge for the MSC-APICTA in Malaysia and this year in 2020 he is once again selected to be the Chief Judge for Malaysia. Incidentally, he also serves as one of the International Judges at the APICTA event and last year was elected as the Chairman of APICTA International, first Malaysian, that consists of 17 Member Economies, including China & Japan.

APICTA is the acronym for Asia Pacific ICT Alliance Awards (www.apicta.org). Last year the APICTA International event was held in Halong / Hanoi Vietnam and this year this prestigious event will be held in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, APICTA2020.

One specific area that Mr Singh is very proud of and has largely contributed to various organisations across the Globe was when he was employed as the CIO and later promoted to be the Global CIO for a large Conglomerate looking after companies under the Group in Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, Hong Kong, Philippines, United Kingdom & the USA for all their IT initiatives, business and for delivering major projects. In his experience, he aligned organisations to ensure there were Business Alignment, IT Alignment, People Alignment and Strategic Alignment to take that organisation to the next level to transform all its related areas within the organisation’s eco system.

In the last 19 years of his career as the Global CIO he has achieved many successes and milestones in the transformation program for business across various organisations business and eventually was promoted to Senior Vice-President - Group IT Services with a global role & responsibility.

He was also invited to join the Retail Academy at Malaysian Chain Retail Association (MRCA) as the Deputy Chancellor and currently also sits in the AGROBANK Board.

Mohsen Ahmad oversees Dubai South’s entire Logistics District as its chief executive officer. Having set up its free zone and established the Dubai Logistics Corridor, which connects Jebel Ali Port with Al Maktoum International Airport via a single, custom-bonded zone, Mohsen leads the overall execution of the district’s operations, manages its financial planning, and is responsible for setting the district’s strategic directions and goals. He was also instrumental in laying the groundwork for future developments to ensure the district’s sustainable growth.

Anticipating the rapid growth of e-commerce and witnessing the growing number of international and regional movers in Dubai, Mohsen championed the development of EZDubai, a purpose built e-commerce hub that supports the growth of the sector through state-of-the-art facilities and infrastructure within the Logistics District. Additionally, as an industry veteran, he played an instrumental role in developing Dubai’s overall e-commerce strategy to consolidate the emirate’s position as a hub for global e-commerce.

Before Shopify, Frankie spent three years as an executive with P&G. Now in Hong Kong, his focus is on helping local businesses grow online and sell internationally.

He is also heavily involved in talent acquisition and growing the business development side of the organization.

Greg is very passionate about the growth and upskilling of the Supahands team across the organization. He spearheads several initiatives to enable the SupaTeam to progress and advance professionally and personally in order to propel Supahands’ advancement forward. Greg believes in sincerity, transparency, a great culture, and ‘keeping an eye on the pulse of the ecosystem’ in order to constantly innovate and stay ahead of the pack.

Prior to his career at Supahands, Greg worked in the financial services sector where he consulted on investment management, drove business development teams, designed and implemented business development training programs, and improved outreach strategies to grow revenue. He is bringing with him extensive experience in consulting, team management and strategic planning.

Outside of the office, Greg is passionate about health, fitness, and personal development. He spends his free time at the gym and enjoys trail running and hiking. When at home, he enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, and a nice glass of Islay whisky.
