We are the sole agent of Australia made waterproofing material for used in the field of Building Construction. The brand name is “SHALEX SEALIT”. There are all together five products with different usage and different solution for waterproofing project.

The products are :

1. SHALEX SEALIT Multipurpose which is a base paint that used as prima for the others products. It will penetrate into the pores of the concrete to form a stopper so that to stop water getting through. It is made of Acrylic and is an ECO product. It has passed the BS6920-2014 test and can be used in water tank and swimming pool. And in the ASTM E514/D514M it passed with grade E (excellent)

2. SHALEX SEALIT Glaze is the finish layer apply after the Multipurpose if no other cover layer is being apply to. It is quite hard when it dry so to protect the surface. It is slightly shine when dry and transparent. Able to withstand UV. It is made of Acrylic and is an ECO product. It has passed the BS6920-2014 test can be used in water tank and swimming pool.

3. SHALEX SEALIT Membrane is made of Acrylic and is an ECO product, it is a thick milky serum which is good for Dampcourse. It also act as the sealant agent for crack happened in the concrete. It is semi-transparent when dry.

4. SHALEX Stickit is made of Acrylic and is an ECO product. It is used to repair loose object such as tiles; render; small crack on wall……No need to take off the defected substrate, just used the apparatus that provided to stick whatever loose area.

5. SHALEX Waterproof It – it is made of Acrylic and is an ECO product. It is in grey color. Complies with AS4858 Class III membrane. A safe to use one component product. It is highly flexible, accommodate movement and minor cracking in substrate – over 300% elongation. Permanently flexible, excellent resistance to embrittlement. It able to withstand UV, can be used on metal surface. It has passed the test of D624, D638, D570, D882 and D412
