What is an assembled tank:

 An assembled tank is made of steel plate joint technology, using bolts to connect and fasten. The tank body and tank top are made of standard steel plate. The sealing of the assembled tank is treated with professional polymer special sealing glue.

Prefabricated modular reactors have been in use for 40 years in countries like the United States, Germany, and France. These systems are primarily employed in urban sewage and industrial wastewater treatment projects. Using specialized technologies and equipment, steel plates are assembled into reactors with capacities ranging from 50 to 10,000 cubic meters or larger. The entire manufacturing process is completed in factories, featuring features such as inspectable quality, effective rust removal, extended service life after corrosion protection, and full-process quality control.

The cost of concrete tanks and welded tanks is lower than that of the above two structural forms when compared with the investment cost. At the same time, it has the advantages of short construction period, strong corrosion resistance, and can be expanded and moved at will, so that the sewage plant can achieve less investment, fast production, and can be moved and reused.
