Website System Update Notice

This wine is made from old vines of over 20 years of age of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The grapes are harvested by hand at perfect maturity and sorted by both hand and machine and destemmed. The wine is aged for 6 months in French oak barrels with 20% new barrels.It is smooth with velvety tannins and some sweetness on the aftertaste, with a good but smooth structure, elegant and intense fruity aromas.

The wine is made from Malbec, aged for 12months. Rich aroma with pleasant rose and violet scents accompanied by blueberry and cocoa aromas. Full body, fine tannins, long finish with strong aging potential.

This wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon old vines of over 20 years of age has been carefully nurtured by Ningxia unique Terroir to create a smooth and fruity wine challenging more traditional robust style of Cabernet Sauvignon.With intense and charming fruity aromas of cherry and plum, it is very round and mellow, elegant and well-balanced showing its typical oriental beauty, simply delicious.

Grapes picked fully by hand at perfect maturity, whole bunches pressed delicately by air bag press, after clarification, alcoholic fermentation and ageing in stainless steel tank.Very fresh with a pleasant acidity, it shows intense fruits and flowers aromas such as Jasmine and lime. Best enjoyed very chilled.

Considered as China's Unique grape variety showing characteristic aromas of Chinese Medicinal herbs with a delightful Eastern finess. This wine is made from a Single Vineyard &nbsp;selection within our oldest vines of Cabernet Gernischt of over 20 years. It shows aromas of black fruits, cocoa, cedar, some menthol, rose and dry herbs notes, with a delicate and smooth mouthfeel but a firm structure and very persistent aftertaste showing its great ageing potential, while also enjoyable young.
