This product is tea bag style Japanese green tea ( Sencha ) mixed with Chlorella. No sugar added. Individually packed in an paper-aluminum envelop for 2g. 

You can enjoy just by pouring hot water ( 80℃ ) and leave it for about 40 seconds and shake the tea bag few times and remove it. Please enjoy not only in home but also in office and outside.
