The bait blended with powders of “Ise tea,” “citrus fruits,” and “seaweed,” which are specialties of Mie Prefecture, is rich in polyphenols that are believed to improve the quality of fish flesh, resulting in a superb sea bream with less odor and excess fat, and with a strong natural flavor.
