With eleven years of experience at De Beers Group, Sean Lin is a seasoned professional in the diamond retail markets of China, Hong Kong, and the United States, as well as in supply chain management. He currently leads the global sales team for De Beers Sightholder Sales and oversees sales operations in Botswana.

Prior to De Beers, Sean worked with Nestle China as National Key Account Director. Sean's extensive background equips him with a unique perspective on the industry. He holds a MBA Degree from University of Bradford.
