Victorian era wild saltwater pearl and emerald Sautoir long chain. It's super hard to find this beauty ,this is made of tens of thousands of seawater wild pearls, more than 200 years ago, saltwater pearls can only be obtained by diving shells, each pearl diver's daily harvest may only be a few, you can imagine how much effort is needed to complete such a long chain of pearls. Sautoir is a French term that, in the early 19th century, was used specifically to describe the type of necklace with a pendant or tassel. W. Antique Royal Amethyst Set Jewelry. The set consists of a tiara, earrings, brooches, two bracelets and a long necklace, made of high-quality gold, weighing 216 grams, in an original jewelry box. Filigree and granulation are used throughout the collection, which are hammered and stamped by hand rather than later cast, and the bracelets are wound with filigree, which was more commonly used in the royal jewels of the 18th and early 19th centuries. The gemstone is made of large high-quality Russian Siberian natural amethyst, which is the highest grade of amethyst, and is called "Deep Siberian". Before the discovery of amethyst mines in Brazil, amethyst was one of the "five great jewels" that rivaled the diamond ruby sapphire emerald, and the royal families were proud to have a set of amethyst jewelry. The brooch and tiara feature extremely fine carved patterns of cornflowers and roses and are thought to have been the dowry of Empress Augusta Marie Luise Katharina around 1830. The royal family that has such amethyst sets also includes the Swedish royal family, the Russian royal family, the Spanish royal family, the British royal family, etc., and Napoleon's queen Josephine also has a similar amethyst set. Among the heavyweight antique jewels on display at Cartier's major show in Hong Kong this year is a similar amethyst set.

The main diamond is about 2.5 carats. A total of about 12 carats of rose cut and double rose cut diamonds.Antique tiaras were formerly the exclusive property of royalty. Very few have survived to this day. The tiara was stacked with gold and silver, which was more used in the Victorian era and was used in the setting of diamond jewelry, because the diamonds would appear yellow when set in gold, and silver was used to set diamonds in the days before using platinum and white gold.
