The birth of Bliss Art is inspired by “Weiyin” style, a subset of impressionist paintings. The artist behind the brand is H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, who is the only proved Buddha on earth. His work includes Chinese ink painting, oil painting and calligraphy. Subject of his work includes landscapes, flowers, birds, animals, fish, insects, people etc. While mastering all kinds of existing painting techniques, he has also pioneered in sixteen distinctive schools of painting and has pushed each kind of style to the peak of perfection.

H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III’s artwork has reached 910 thousand dollars per square foot in the International Auction Market in year 2010. Its price has also reached more than 380 thousand dollars a copy worldwide which topped replica copies of legendary artists such as Picasso, Monet, Van Gogh. He was also an awarded Fellow in the Royal College of Art certified by its president, Prof. Philip King, in the British Embassy in Washington. H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III was the first ever artist being awarded this title in the college’s 200 years of history. 
 
He also pioneered the "Weiyin" style which is a subset of&nbsp;impressionist paintings. The style has reached such a high level that if any small portion of the full painting were isolated, it would still be an exquisite impressionist panting in and of itself. These paintings express a dreamy, illusory state, and any small part of them can be enlarged to form its own beautiful, aesthetically enjoyable painting.
